Nike Air Max 1 London

The Air Max 1 "London" draws inspiration from the city's metropolitan environment and daily activities. The multiple gray tones and raw materials, like worn leather and furry suede, allude to the mix of concrete and stone structures that make up the English capital. Paying homage to London's appreciation for the original Air Max 1, this iteration retains the original mesh throughout the upper, collar, and tongue. The design is completed with abstract interpretations of two of London's most notable landmarks on each of the shoe's side panels, as well as the River Thames depicted around a 3D embroidered emblem on the heel.
