Refund policy

At dropout, we strive to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Our returns process is designed to be streamlined while maintaining strict security standards for all transactions.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please complete our official returns form. All returns must be authorized in writing by dropout before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once authorized, you must return the product within 15 calendar days. Returns dispatched after this period will not be accepted; the goods may be sent back to the customer at their expense or result in a denied refund.
Refund Timelines
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your refund to be finalized. For security purposes, refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method. We cannot process or issue refunds to different accounts. Return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
Inventory and Price Adjustments
As we specialize in high-demand items, our inventory and pricing are dynamic and subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. We do not offer price adjustments. If an item is subsequently discounted or goes on sale, the new price applies only to orders placed during that specific promotional period.
Condition of Returns
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, pristine condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags, boxes, and packaging (e.g. shoe boxes, dust bags). All returned goods undergo a thorough inspection. Items that do not meet these criteria may be sent back to the customer at their expense or result in a denied a refund.
Policy Exclusions
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Returns not authorized in writing or received after the established deadlines
- Products which are not intact or whose original packaging is missing or damaged
- Items returned without a valid order number or identification code
Withdrawal
If you reside within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws. You may cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving your delivery. To do so, complete the official returns form with your order number or send us an email with a clear notice of cancellation. Goods must be returned at the customer's expense. We will refund the full item cost plus standard shipping fees, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
Defective Goods
If you receive goods that are defective or do not correspond to your order, you must submit a return request within 10 days of receipt as indicated on your tracking. You will be required to describe the damage in detail and attach photos to prove the extent of the damage before authorization is provided.
