This shipping policy for dropout, operated by OMV LTD. At dropout, we aim to provide a streamlined fulfilment process for our curated selection of streetwear and sneakers. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our systems are highly automated, which means once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing queue.
Order Processing and Modifications
We operate under strict fulfilment timelines to maintain efficiency across our logistics network.
- Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Our team begins processing shipments immediately to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
- Changes to Order: We are unable to modify sizes, items, or quantities once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase.
- Address Updates: For security and logistics reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once an order is in our system. Ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Available shipping countries are dynamically updated and can be selected during the checkout process. If your country is not currently listed, we do not provide shipping to that region at this time, though we are continuously expanding our reach.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders that are processed and dispatched from our fulfiment network based in the EU:
EU Shipments: All applicable duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) are included in the final price at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery for orders within the EU.
International Shipments (Non-EU): For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU (including the UK, Switzerland, and the US), any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Risk of Loss: For all shipments originating from our EU hubs to non-EU destinations, the risk of loss and legal responsibility for the goods pass to the recipient upon dispatch from our facility.
Delivery and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our hub, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier containing a tracking number.
Tracking: You can monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s portal.
Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, dropout is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide the best possible resolution for your specific case.
