domestic orders to Italy: Once your items ship, they’ll typically arrive in 2–3 days.

we totally get it—sometimes you change your mind! Unfortunately, once you hit that order button, we can’t make any changes or cancellations. how do I track my order?
easy! Once your kicks are on their way, you’ll get an email from our courier with your tracking number. Just click the link and you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep. It’s like a mini adventure! 📦
what happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
if something goes wrong, don’t stress—just shoot us an email at support@dropoutmilano.com ASAP. We’ll jump on it with the carrier and do everything we can to sort things out for you. Just be sure to include your order number, full name and address.
Will the delivery parcel be left at my door?
it might be, depending on your location and how your local courier operates. If they feel it’s safe, they’ll leave it at your door even if no one’s home to sign for it. We always suggest being available on delivery day if you can. You’ll receive a tracking link with the estimated delivery date so you know exactly when to expect your package.
if the tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, start by checking with the courier first—they typically have the most current information about where it was left. Still missing? No problem! Drop us a message at support@dropoutmilano.com with your order details, and we’ll handle it from there.
What if I don’t collect my order or refuse delivery?
if no one’s available to collect your package or it goes unclaimed at the post office, it’ll be returned to us. Since we can’t cancel orders once they’re placed and your delivery was successfully attempted, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping and a €3 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
do you offer returns?
absolutely! If you’re in the EU or UK, you’ve got a 14-days to initiate a return after receiving your delivery. Just complete our returns form or email us with a clear return notice. You’ll need to cover the return shipping, but we’ll refund the full item cost plus standard shipping fees—as long as everything comes back in pristine, original condition.
what condition do items need to be in for a return?
items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, boxes, and packaging (like shoe boxes and dust bags). We inspect every return thoroughly. If something doesn’t meet these standards, we might have to send it back to you at your expense or deny the refund.
what if the item I ordered is out of stock?
sometimes high-demand items sell out after an order is placed. If that happens, we’ll let you know immediately and issue a full refund.
can I get a price adjustment if an item goes on sale?
we don’t offer price adjustments—if an item gets discounted or goes on sale after you’ve ordered, the new price only applies to orders placed during that promotional period.
