Jordan 1 Retro High Rookie of the Year

Michael Jordan was named NBA Rookie of the Year in 1985 after starting his career with a spectacular point per game average and a passion for achievement. Jordan Brand commemorated the occasion by releasing the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Rookie of the Year.' The high top has a white leather upper with holes for ventilation on the toe box and Gold Harvest leather overlays on the mudguard, ankle, eyestay, and heel. Callouts to MJ's great rookie season are hidden on the inside of each strap on the upper. '1984-85 R.O.Y. 2313 POINTS 28.2 PPG' is written on the inside of one strap, while a Jordan quotation is written on the other.
