Designed for older kids, the Air Jordan 4 Retro GS "University Blue" features a suede upper in a familiar colorway that references Michael Jordan's alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The collegiate theme is reinforced by a woven tongue label, featuring a design similar to the labeling on Nike basketball jerseys of the past. Speckled gray details appear on the sneaker's support wings, PU midsole, and molded heel tab, the latter of which features Jumpman branding.
