Designed for older kids, the 2023 edition of the Air Jordan 4 Retro GS "Thunder" brings back the coveted two-tone colorway originally released in 2006. The mid-top features a black nubuck upper with contrasting yellow accents. They land on the shoe's molded eyestays, side panel, and lower tongue, with the latter two components covered in black mesh reflecting the original '89 AJ4 specs. Traditional Jumpman branding adorns the molded rear tongue and textile tongue label. The sneaker sits atop a yellow polyurethane midsole, accented with visible Air-Sole cushioning and supported by a herringbone traction rubber outsole.
