The 2021 version of the Air Jordan 4 Retro GS "Lightning" reintroduces a coveted 2006 colorway in grade-school proportions. The mid-top, like the original, features a bright yellow nubuck upper with black molded eyelets and matching black mesh on the side panel and collar. The wings, inner tongue, and molded Jumpman logo on the heel overlay all have dark gray highlights. The woven tongue label is adorned with a second Jumpman emblem. The shoe is constructed with a white foam midsole and substantial Air-Sole cushioning in the heel. Underfoot, a herringbone traction pattern sits atop a gray rubber outsole.
