The Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Red Thunder' features a distinctive color blocking that pays homage to the prized 'Thunder' colorway, which debuted in 2006 and was later reintroduced in 2012. Replacing the Tour Yellow highlights of the previous shoe, the mid-top features a black nubuck upper with contrasting red accents. These are found on the sneaker's molded eyelets, inner tongue, side panel, collar, and midsole, which features visible Air-Sole cushioning under the heel. The tongue label and heel are adorned with the Jumpman logo.
