Nike SB Dunk Low Black Pigeon

Sneaker culture would not exist without the original 2005 'NYC Pigeon.' Jeff Staple imagined a shoe to reflect his city and decided that the omnipresent bird was the ideal choice. He debuted the sneaker at his Reed Space shop. The word spread, lines formed, Dunk madness began, and sneaker culture was never the same again. Its long-awaited reappearance coincides with the SB Dunk's 15th anniversary and Staple Design's 20th anniversary. Jeff Staple proposes a basic black blank sheet to "simply let the Pigeon be the tale." The 'Black Pigeon,' which comes in a pink box as a homage to its original era, promises endless possibilities for the future of sneaker culture.
