Jordan 4 Retro Kaws

The Jordan Brand and Brooklyn-based street artist KAWS, a.k.a. Brian Donnelly, collaborated on the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro. The design eliminates the silhouette's customary plastic embellishments and replaces them with a quality grey suede upper and midsole. The heel tab also has the 'XX' marking of KAWS. In March of 2017, the sneakers were introduced alongside a limited capsule collection that comprised a coaches jacket, hoodie, t-shirt, and hat. The buzz for this release was so great that the cops read the riot act to the in-store raffle at Patta in London, while sneakerheads hacked into Donnelly's website for a shot at the drop.
