Don C used the Air Jordan 2's Italian heritage as inspiration, adding a quilted texture inspired by Italian-made Chanel bags. Because the 2015 release was not available on Nike.com, the Just Don x Air Jordan 2 Retro 'Varsity Royal' was even more sought after. The shoe was introduced alongside a matching bomber jacket and comes with special packaging, dustbags, and gold 'Wings' branding pins. In 2016, Don C launched the Air Jordan 2 Retro 'Beach,' and in 2017, he released the Air Jordan 2 Retro 'Arctic Orange.'
