Kanye West's adidas Yeezy 500 High is a remake of the 500 silhouette. This makeover debuted in December 2019 and has a Slate-colored neoprene base overlaid in panelled suede with tumbled leather details. Rope laces hold the tongue in place, and a rough mudguard reinforces the sidewall. The curved midsole is cushioned with Adiprene, and the rubber outsole includes undulating tread patterns.
