Because the homogenous light taupe finish hardly registers as a colour, the phrase is appropriate. The subdued colour palette is accentuated by a striking design that incorporates a panelled mesh and suede upper and a large midsole reminiscent of adidas' Feet You Wear technology from the 1990s.
