1. Where do you ship?

3. Why have I received multiple tracking numbers for my order?

Some items ship from different warehouses, so your order may be split into separate parcels. Each parcel gets its own tracking number. You’ll receive updates for all of them, and the remaining items will arrive shortly after the first.

 

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order within one hour of placing it. If your order has already entered fulfilment or been dispatched, no changes or cancellations are possible. In this case, you must wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return. To request a change or cancellation, email support@dropoutmilano.com with your order number and a clear notice of your request.

 

4. Do you accept returns?

We offer a 14‑day return on all orders. If you change your mind, you may return any non‑defective item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition. Returns are sent by post and return shipping costs are your responsibility. See our Returns Policy for full details.

 

5. How do I return an item?

Email support@dropoutmilano.com with your order number and your intention to return the item. Our team will provide full return instructions.

 

6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
