Shipping Fees & Notes

  • Shipping fees apply at checkout.

  • Your order may be shipped in separate packages.

  • Delivery windows start when your order ships.

  • During busy periods (Black Friday and Christmas), please allow up to 5 additional business days before contacting support.

Multiple Tracking Numbers

Some items ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel gets its own tracking number. You’ll receive updates for all parcels, and the remaining items will arrive shortly after the first.


Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned due to misaddressing or being unclaimed:

  • We’ll contact you to reship (shipping and any storage charges apply)

  • Unclaimed items not reshipped within 90 days may be donated or disposed of

 

Customs, VAT & Duties

All EU duties and VAT are included at checkout. For shipments outside the EU, customs or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Orders shipped from the EU pass risk and responsibility to the recipient.


Delay Liability & Risk

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for courier delays. Ownership and risk pass to you once the order leaves our facility.
