B Heroes , an ecosystem of initiatives to support the growth of innovative Italian companies, has reached its fifth edition and has announced the 14 start-ups selected to participate in its new acceleration, communication and investment program, which this year takes the form of a Master for start-ups.

In the second half of 2021, B Heroes launched its annual challenge to the world of Italian entrepreneurship, inviting young companies with a high innovative content to present their projects. This appeal was accepted by over 1,100 companies that applied.

After an initial evaluation, 120 companies were invited to participate in the 5-week selection roadshow between November and December 2021. An important commitment, which required over 100 hours to get to know the ideas, motivations and visions of the participating companies and which led to the first selection of 36 start-ups: these discussed their business idea in front of a panel of selectors made up of mentors and B Heroes teams. Among these, the 14 projects that enter the acceleration program stand out.
