La Supreme x Nike Dunk High SB "By Any Means" reintroduce la classica colorazione "Brazil" del 2001. La tomaia in pelle è rifinita con una finitura bicolore gialla e verde e presenta distintivi marchi di successo come "No Love" cuciti sulla avampiede laterale e 'Supreme Team' inciso sul retro del colletto. "By Any Means" avvolge il rivestimento del tallone in un carattere tipografico unico che ricorda il logo della rivista "New York" di Milton Glaser, con una "NY" integrata ricoperta da uno Swoosh rosso. Un'etichetta 'SUP tessuta si trova sopra la linguetta in nylon, mentre la soletta rossa ha il doppio marchio Supreme e Nike SB.
