Puntali neri a contrasto, protezioni per il tallone e una suola rigida si mescolano a pannelli 3M su tutta la scarpa per creare un look diverso da qualsiasi altro modello New Balance. La scarpa è completata da un marchio, incluso il logo OG di The Basement sul tallone e gli emblemi BSMNT sulla linguetta, le punte dei lacci e la soletta. Il logo "9 Bar" del Basement è tagliato al laser nei loghi "N" fluttuanti su entrambi i lati della scarpa e una "B" sostituisce la tradizionale "N" sul pannello del collo.
