La Air Jordan 5 Retro "Jade Horizon" di Tinker Hatfield del 1990 è disponibile in una tonalità pastello. La tomaia in pelle scamosciata è tinta di un verde tenue e ha una rete trasparente a quarto di pannello e occhielli in TPU tono su tono. Punti salienti rosa appaiono sull'emblema Jumpman in cima alla linguetta riflettente argento, così come il caratteristico design a denti di squalo sull'intersuola in poliuretano nero. Nike Air è incapsulata nell'avampiede e una suola Air visibile è evidente nel tallone, entrambi supportati sotto il piede da una suola traslucida color ghiaccio.
