L'Air Jordan 4 Retro "Starfish" da donna migliora l'iconica silhouette con un design unico ispirato alla tuta spaziale di un astronauta. La parte superiore è realizzata in rete metallica nera, con strati inferiori arancioni Starfish che brillano per la costruzione a taglio vivo della sneaker. Le ali in TPU e la linguetta sul tallone sono nere opache, con un Jumpman grigio chiaro rialzato sulla parte superiore. Un secondo Jumpman è cucito sopra una linguetta in schiuma a vista sull'etichetta tessuta. La suola in gomma è arricchita da ulteriori pop Starfish sotto la punta e il tallone.
