Realizzata per i bambini grandi, l'Air Jordan 4 Retro GS "Infrared" ha riflessi colorati su una tonalità altrimenti neutra della forma vintage di Tinker Hatfield. Il blocco del colore ricorda l'Air Jordan 4 "Green Glow" del 2013, con una tomaia in nabuk grigio scuro e accenti neri solidi sulla rete del pannello laterale, ali strutturali e tallone con marchio Jumpman. La sovrapposizione dell'avampiede è di una tonalità di grigio più chiara, con vividi colpi a infrarossi sugli occhielli sagomati e l'etichetta della linguetta Jumpman tessuta. Un'unità Air-sole esposta sepolta nel tallone dell'intersuola bicolore offre un'ammortizzazione leggera.
