L'Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Wings' è una release in edizione limitata che celebra l'iniziativa Jordan Brand Wings, un programma globale di borse di studio lanciato nel 2015. Questa silhouette classica presenta una tomaia in pelle bianca, accentuata da occhielli cremisi e teal, con sovrapposizioni in stampa elefante grigia sull'avampiede e sul tallone. Il pannello centrale, il colletto e gli occhielli sono adornati con un tessuto twill con un delicato motivo floreale, aggiungendo un tocco unico al design. Sotto la linguetta posteriore traslucida si rivelano ulteriori dettagli floreali, insieme a marchi alternati Jumpman e Nike Air. Un Jumpman ricamato in rosso decora la linguetta, accompagnato da un'etichetta tessuta all'interno che recita: "Up, rose … I, too, have thorns." La sneaker è supportata da un'intersuola in poliuretano bianco con ammortizzazione Air-sole visibile nel tallone, mentre una suola in gomma traslucida con sfumature rosa garantisce una trazione durevole sotto i piedi.
