L'Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Yellow Toe" ripropone il caratteristico color blocking dell'AJ1 "Bred Toe" del 2018. La tomaia interamente in pelle combina un pannello laterale bianco con una punta gialla, rivestimento nell'avampiede nero e firma nera Swoosh. Ulteriori colpi di ambra atterrano sul rivestimento del tallone e sul risvolto del colletto, con un logo Wings retrò stampato sul lato laterale. Un tag Nike Air intrecciato abbellisce la linguetta in nylon nero. La parte alta poggia su una suola preformata in gomma resistente, evidenziata da pareti laterali bianche e una suola in gomma gialla.
