L'Air Jordan 1 Mid 'Lucky Green' rinnova un design storico con il suo schema di colori bicolore classico che rende omaggio al progetto originale del 1985 di Peter Moore. Realizzata con una robusta tomaia in pelle, la sneaker presenta una base bianca nitida impreziosita da sovrapposizioni verdi intense e un Swoosh in tonalità armonica. La linguetta sfoggia un'etichetta tessuta con l'iconico Jumpman, mentre il battente del collare laterale è impreziosito dal logo Wings senza tempo in un netto contrasto nero. Questa silhouette mid-top è ancorata da una suola intermedia bianca testurizzata che racchiude l'ormai noto cuscinetto Air-sole per un comfort senza pari, il tutto su una solida suola in gomma nera.
