L'adidas Campus 00s è una leggenda delle sneaker con un aspetto illusoriamente semplice, ma questa iterazione Grey Off White è senza tempo come sempre. Ha una tomaia in pelle scamosciata liscia incastonata in una costruzione a pannelli con occhielli e tacchi sovrapposti. Le tre strisce seghettate firmate atterrano sul lato mediale in una tonalità bianca e sono separate da file perforate. La striscia superiore è incorniciata dalla scritta CAMPUS. Ulteriori elementi di branding includono il motivo del trifoglio sulla linguetta e il tallone grezzo. I lacci sono piatti ma spessi e compensano leggermente la silhouette minimalista complessiva.
