A differenza delle successive versioni in co-branding in cui Kanye ha creato una silhouette completamente nuova da zero, questa joint venture utilizza un modello esistente: la sneaker di punta di Bape. Il design presenta una tomaia in pelle rifinita con colori e opere d'arte ispirate all'album di debutto in studio di West, The College Dropout.
