This acquisition represents a new beginning for Dropout, marking a clear distinction between the brand and its previous legal entity, Dropout S.r.l. (Registered in Italy, P.IVA 10402800964). All business activities prior to OMV's acquisiton, remain under the responsibility of Dropout S.r.l.
As part of this transformation, physical locations have been closed and we are fully transitioning to a digital-first approach.
