La Supreme x Nike Dunk High SB "By Any Means" debutta in una colorazione "Red Navy" di ispirazione varsity, segnando la prima collaborazione Dunk High tra le due etichette dal 2003. La parte superiore in pelle ha una base cremisi brillante con sovrapposizioni blu a contrasto, oltre a componenti del marchio visibili precedentemente visti su un cappello aderente Supreme New Era del 2008. Includono un'immagine "No Love" sull'avampiede laterale e "By Any Significa" ricamato in lettere avvolgenti sul tallone posteriore, oltre a un emblema "NY" integrato con uno Swoosh rosso. Uno Swoosh è anche posizionato sull'etichetta tessuta della linguatta "SUP" e la scritta "Supreme Team" adorna la parte posteriore del colletto. Una soletta rossa all'interno della scarpa ha il doppio marchio Supreme e Nike SB.
