La tomaia è realizzata in nabuk martellato rosso con strati esterni in pelle nera liscia. Il marchio Undercover Basketball Association appare sul tallone laterale, mentre il logo UNDERCOVER appare sull'altro lato. La parte alta è costruita su una suola preformata in gomma personalizzata con decorazioni maculate sui lati bianco sporco.
