Realizzata per i bambini grandi, la Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG GS "Stealth" veste l'icona della sneaker con una tenue palette bicolore. La tomaia interamente in pelle combina una base bianca frizzante con accenti grigi neutri sulla punta perforata, il caratteristico Swoosh e le sovrapposizioni del tallone e del colletto. Quest'ultimo presenta un logo Wings impresso sul lato laterale, mentre un tag Nike intrecciato impreziosisce la linguetta. Ad ancorare la parte alta c'è una suola preformata in gomma con un'unità Air-sole incapsulata incastonata nel tallone.
