L'Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "Racer Blue", realizzata per i bambini grandi, presenta blocchi di colore di ispirazione OG su uno stile classico ispirato all'originale del 1985. La tomaia in pelle ha una base bianca con sovrapposizioni nere sull'avampiede e sul tallone. Il blu reale è utilizzato sul colletto in pelle scamosciata, sullo Swoosh in pelle, sull'etichetta della linguetta con marchio Jumpman e sulle insegne Wings impresse sulla caviglia laterale. Il mid-top ha un'unità tallone Air-sole incapsulata in poliuretano leggero che poggia su una suola in gomma standard.
